Sale items are classified as anything with a discount of 40% or over. Sale items can be returned for a credit voucher or exchange only.
Items bought in store can be exchanged in any Ally Fashion store, providing there is available stock. Items purchased online can be exchanged through our return’s portal here. See the below details:
