Can I return an online order in store?Updated a year ago

Yes! You have 45 days from the purchase date to enjoy free and easy returns in store! You can return in store for an exchange, credit or refund providing the return conditions have been met. 

Any items marked as a sale item, which is classified as anything with a discount of 40% off or over, can only be returned as a store credit or exchange. 

Please note, the refund option is only available for orders not placed with Zippay/Afterpay/Klarna/AMEX when returning in store. If you have used these payment options, you can return in store for a credit or exchange.
