Original postage costs are not refunded.  

For returns, a fee is deducted from your refund or credit to cover the use of our return postage label, shipping, and handling:

• $8.99 for domestic (Australia) orders
• $14.00 NZD for New Zealand orders 

This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund or store credit.
