An Instant Exchange allows your new item to be shipped immediately, so you don’t have to wait for us to receive your return first. This also helps ensure your preferred items stay in stock.

To place an Instant Exchange, a temporary $1.00 AUD hold is placed on your credit card—similar to how hotels hold a card. You’ll only be charged if your return isn't in the mail within 14 days of submitting your request.
