All exchange orders are sent via standard shipping and follow our usual handling timeframes.

For a regular exchange, your replacement order will be created once your returned items have been received, inspected, and approved by our returns team. It will then be dispatched within 3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details once it ships.

For an Instant Exchange, your replacement order is created as soon as your return is submitted—no need to wait for the original item to reach us first. Your new order will be dispatched within 3 business days, making this a faster option for receiving your exchange.
