• Return parcels are sent back to us via standard shipping, and usually arrive back to us within 3 - 8 business days. 

Once we receive your return, our team will review and process it, within 2 business days.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 3 - 7 business days to clear back into your account, depending on your financial institution 
• If you returned a sale item, you'll receive your online credit via email
