I'm having trouble generating my return label — what should I do?Updated 5 days ago

Once you've successfully submitted an online return, a download link for your return label will appear on-screen and be sent to you via email. 

If there's an issue - such as a technical glitch, or incorrect return address - you may see an error message and the label won't generate. If this happens, please reach out to our Customer Care team here, and we'll help get your label sorted. 

Note for New Zealand customers: Return labels for NZ orders must be generated manually. Please contact us directly, and we'll issue the label for you.
