I've received a faulty item, what are my options?Updated a year ago
There are a few options moving forward: You can go into a store to receive an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Please note: the refund option is not available for orders placed with zippay/afterpay/klarna or laybuy when returning in-store.
Alternatively to return this item online, please enter your order number in our Returns Portal and select 'damaged.' This will generate a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to our Warehouse free of charge.
From here, you will be able to select a replacement item, refund or store credit.
