If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please first check all your email folders, including your spam or junk folders, as sometimes confirmation emails can end up there.
If you still can’t find your confirmation, please contact our Customer Care Team with your full order details, including:
- Your name
- Email address used for the order
- Any order number or transaction details you have - e.g. an Afterpay transaction number
