Why does my order status say "Unfulfilled"?Updated 6 days ago

If your order status is marked as "Unfulfilled," it simply means your order hasn’t been processed or shipped from our warehouse yet.

As outlined on our website, standard shipping orders require up to 3 business days for handling. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, and the status will update to "Fulfilled."

For express orders, you will receive an update with tracking, the following business day after ordering. 

If you’ve already received your order but the status still shows as "Unfulfilled," please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.
