My package has been returned to sender — what should I do?Updated a day ago

If your parcel has been marked as "returned to sender," it's usually due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Unfortunately, we’re unable to amend or intercept the parcel while it's in transit back to our warehouse.

Once it arrives back with us, we can help you move forward. Please reach out to our Customer Care team with your order number and your correct full address. From there, we can either arrange to resend your order or issue a refund — just let us know your preference.

We're here to help and will get this sorted as soon as your parcel is returned to us!
